ART Ironman Proud partners can be found all over the world. Participating providers are clearly identified on the map setting them apart as actively participating with Ironman and the "art" of ART in sports. ART has been a major presence at the Ironman races for 24 years now. Thousands of ART treatments have helped athletes race, finish, and win.

When you are training for, and ultimately competing in a triathlon, you know that physical maintenance is of the utmost importance. Many athletes in every age group including world-renowned Ironman champions have sought out ART for treatments prior to, during, and after intense races.

Every ART session is actually a combination of examination and treatment. The ART provider uses his or her hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements.

Tents containing ART providers can be found on site at just about any Ironman race in the US, as well as a handful in Canada. ART currently covers 140.6 races, 70.3 races and 5150 races. ART providers can also be found at Revolution 3 triathlons as well as various local races.
