Long Tract Nerve Entrapment Courses

Registration for this course includes a 61 page study manual and 1 instructional DVD. Please allow 3-6 business days for shipment.
What can you expect at an ART course?
A strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology is vital when learning and practicing ART. It is strongly recommended that providers take time prior to the courses to study their materials and watch the DVD(s) in order to be prepared for the course itself. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be educational days comprised of 80 percent hands-on work and 20 percent lecture. Instructors will present each protocol and then break into small groups to practice and answer questions. Testing will take place on Sunday mornings and once a provider passes the practical exam, they are considered a Certified ART Provider.
Who can take an ART course?
In order to participate in an Active Release Technique Soft-Tissue Management training course, you must be a licensed health care professional with soft-tissue malpractice insurance. In other words, you must be licensed/certified to perform soft tissue treatment on patients/clients.
Some areas of certifications include chiropractors, medical and osteopathic doctors, physical and occupational therapists and assistants, physiotherapists, massage therapists, certified athletic trainers, and students studying towards any of these certifications with proof of enrollment. Please call 888.396.2727 if you have a question in regards to certifications not listed.
*The student discount applies toward anyone studying toward his or her 1st degree in a licensed health care field.
Who needs these courses?
Courses are for practitioners who treat or manage soft-tissue injuries and conditions. Each participant should have an advanced understanding of anatomy.
There is immediate clinical application for chiropractors, physicians, osteopaths, massage therapists, physical and occupational therapists, and certified athletic trainers.

Active Release Techniques® has teamed with Parker College of Chiropractic to offer a unique way to complete the ART® nerve entrapment course. We are introducing the addition of Gross Human Anatomy dissections in conjunction with the Nerve Entrapment seminar. The course is designed to reinforce the fundamental anatomic and procedural knowledge of certified ART Providers. This will be accomplished by providing a review of the gross anatomic components of the peripheral nervous system and the musculoskeletal system and allowing participants to practice and enhance treatment skills through a hands-on portion of the course. - More Information
