Larry Ogilvie is a licensed massage therapist in private practice on beautiful Amelia Island, Florida, where he uses Active Release Techniques for repetitive strain / sprain injuries and corrective exercise in a post re-hab setting. Larry’s professional skills include Active Release Techniques for the Spine, Lower and Upper Extremities, Biomechanics, and Long Tract Nerve release, also, Kinesio Taping, Flexibility Therapy level I with Stretch to Win®, and personal training certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Larry has worked with both professional and amateur athletes in football, baseball, golf and triathletes. When Larry isn’t in the office helping others reclaim their quality of life he can be found training on the roads around the island or coaching and watching his children in their sports, or giving a half dozen or so presentations a year on flexibility, strength, or overuse injuries and how to care for them.
