ART Instructor Bios
Dr. Robert DeStefano, DC - Lodi, NJ United States Dr. Robert DeStefano attended Palmer College of Chiropractic where he was awarded a scholarship for both Rugby and academics. After Graduating in 1986, he went on to attain a post graduate degree as a Certified Chiropractic Sports physician. He took his initial Active Release Techniques course at one of the first seminars offered in 1989. Several years later after taking all of the A.R.T. courses, he was invited to be an instructor. He has been an instructor since 1996 and often opens and leads seminars. Dr. DeStefano is a consulting doctor for several Olympic teams, a professional football team, several local high schools, and many triathlons including the Ironman World Triathlon Championships in Hawaii. Dr. DeStefano not only assists athletes at the Ironman, but is also a competitor and finisher at that distance as well as other events. Dr. DeStefano has a practice in both New Jersey and New York specializing in Chiropractic and muscle related conditions. Sports, cumulative injuries,
