Web Broadcast/Biomechanics Set-up
1. You will need to download and install the latest version of QuickTime® Player from the Apple® website at www.apple.com/quicktime/.

2. After you install the player it should ask you for your connection speed, this is the speed that you connect to the Internet (i.e. Cable, DSL, T-1, 256k, 512k). If you do not know your connection speed you can go to the following website to find out: www.speedtest.net. Once you are on their website just click the "Recommended Server" button located on the map. (see picture for example). After the speed results are shown go back to the QuickTime® settings and choose the speed just below your connection speed.

3. If you installed QuickTime® and was not prompted for your connection speed you will need to open the QuickTime® Player and set your speed.
  • (MAC OSX) Click on "QuickTime Player" located in the top left corner of the screen and select "Preferences" then "QuickTime Preferences". On the QuickTime Preferences pop-up window click on the "Connection" tab and choose your connection speed from the pull-down menu.
  • (PC) Click on "Edit" located in the top left corner of the player and select "Preferences" then "QuickTime Preferences". On the QuickTime preferences pop-up window click on the pull-down menu and select "connection speed". Now you can select the correct connection speed.
4. Now you can log in and watch the broadcasts or biomechanics course. Enjoy!
